As the Bars Turn

Funny how something so simple can look so good. I came across a pic on Charlie Mooney's blog the other day that got me thinking. Here I was, all stoked up on a pic of quite possibly the most basic maneuver to be performed on a bicycle. Anyone that knows how to ride a bicycle can perform such feats with reasonable ease. Turn bars, go through turn. But there really is more to it than that. When going through a turn at great speeds, one starts to teeter on the edge of complete control and total loss thereof. Lean the bike over 1 more degree and you're on the ground. Weight the bars incorrectly and they're gonna fold up. Don't look far enough ahead and you're over the turn. Lots of things can go wrong on this seemingly simple task, so here's a few examples of things going right...
